I have many fond memories of holidays spent with my family. One of my favorite Christmastime traditions is sitting with my children and paging through our family Christmas album. It holds moments from when our kids were small and the season felt truly magical: photos by the tree, snapshots in matching Christmas jammies and the joyful chaos of Christmas morning.
Where does all the time go? I am so glad I saved all those memories in an album!
About fifteen years ago I attended my first Creative Memories workshop. That Saturday morning a few friends and I gathered around a kitchen table and discovered how meaningful and enjoyable it is to document life in a scrapbook.
As a mom of two young girls, I was immediately inspired to preserve our family’s stories. After making only two pages in my very first scrapbook, I became a Creative Memories consultant. For many years I hosted workshops, taught others how to scrapbook and helped friends preserve their memories. It was a genuinely life-changing experience for me.
