Now that we’ve moved into our new home, I’m excited to settle into fall nesting routines. While we’re nostalgic about our previous house, this cozy new place feels perfect for the next chapter. Over the coming weeks we’ll be moving furniture and unpacking, and I’m already looking forward to putting things in place and making it feel like ours.
One of my favorite daily rituals is a simple morning coffee. I don’t drink much—just a small cup each day—and in autumn I often swap it for chai or another warm tea. There’s something about holding a hot mug on a crisp morning that sets the tone for the day and makes the season feel special.
My daughter Courtney visited the new house recently, and we decided to invite you to a virtual coffee chat. It was such a treat to welcome so many of you into our new space—virtually—for our first coffee there. We shared a few favorite coffee-making tools, tips, and a little tour while we chatted about the house and the move.

Opening our home virtually felt so fun that we want to do more live get-togethers.
