WLately I find myself irresistibly drawn to bright, sunny rooms, fresh bouquets and cheerful cotton hand towels. There’s something about color and light that feels like a little boost after long, grey days.
Sun deprivation?
I feel some spring fluffing coming on.
I can’t take it anymore. It’s time to start thinking about refreshes and small touches that bring spring indoors. Next Monday, I’m inviting everyone to join in with their Spring Fluffing posts. Think tulips, yellow accents and citrus green—bright pops of color that say goodbye to winter.
Get your spring ideas ready. Whether it’s swapping out heavy throws for light linens, arranging fresh flowers, or adding a few playful kitchen textiles, simple changes make a big difference. Spring cleaning, planting seeds, or even just opening the windows can help shift the mood.
I know it may seem early, but I always jump into the seasons ahead of time. Consider next Monday my official declaration of spring—show me your tulips, your yellow bowls, and your citrus green accents. Let’s put away the winter layers and celebrate brighter days ahead.
Because it’s my blog and it can be spring if I want it to be.
If you’re already enjoying warm weather where you live—in Australia, Florida, Hawaii, or elsewhere—humor me and share a sunny snapshot or a spring-inspired idea. I need that burst of sun and color.
