Do you have a home office? Most of us need at least a small, well-organized spot to manage household tasks, run a business, or pursue hobbies. I’ve been thinking about organization a lot lately because I’m preparing to reorganize my office and reestablish a productive routine.
I’ve worked from home for more than a decade, running my own business, and each move or change in our household has required me to adapt how and where I work. Making the most of the space available has a huge impact on how smoothly my days go (and on my overall sanity).
Last year was hectic: I finished my last book, two of our three kids returned home for a time, and we all navigated the disruptions of stay-at-home orders. Now that my daughter Courtney has moved into her own apartment again, I have extra space to reclaim and redesign, which I’m really excited about. I’ll share how I plan to use that space soon, but first I wanted to gather some office setups that are inspiring me—and that might spark ideas for you, too.
