Jute and cotton rug with rug pad – I recently added this rug to our home and love it. It has a slightly nubby cotton texture rather than a fluffy pile, so it feels soft but not like a plush shag. We’ve had no shedding, and a thick pad underneath makes it even more comfortable.
Rattan storage basket – I keep this in the living room for extra throw blankets and it’s both functional and attractive.
Floral pillow – I featured this pillow in a recent beach cottage tour and ended up ordering several from the same brand because I liked them so much.
Brass task lamp – This lamp was also featured in the beach cottage tour and adds a warm metallic touch to a desk or side table.
Blue plaid throw – I own this throw and it’s available in a few colors. I included it in a recent roundup of cozy blankets for the season; it’s a great layering piece for chilly evenings.
Fall artificial eucalyptus stems – These stems are an easy way to add autumnal texture to arrangements without the maintenance of fresh greens.
Fall sailboat watercolor art print – My daughter ordered this print and it looks beautiful in person; it’s a simple, calming piece for a coastal or cottage-inspired room.
Striped and gingham kitchen towels – I shared these in a recent kitchen organization post; they’re classic, durable towels that add pattern and color to everyday tasks.
Brass bells – We used these brass bells in our previous kitchen and plan to hang them in the new space as well. I’ve had mine for years and they still look charming.
Electric kettle – This kettle has been so useful, especially when hosting family. It’s quick and convenient for tea and coffee service.
Simply Home book – Thank you for the support when I released my latest book, which combines two popular paperbacks—Simple Organizing and Simple Decorating—into one hardback edition.
Several July favorites remained popular in August, including gold easel-style plate stands and other versatile finds.
