Hi friends, Kylee here with a house update! You may have seen my quick video tour if you follow me on Instagram, but I wanted to share that we officially moved into our new home in Portland.
After a year of searching in a challenging market, we had prepared ourselves to end up with an overpriced fixer-upper. So it still feels unreal that we found a home that checks so many boxes. It blends classic charm with modern conveniences, and best of all, it doesn’t need any major remodeling. I’m grateful we can focus on decorating and making the house our own.
The house is a Cape Cod style, which I find timeless and full of curb appeal potential. I already have several ideas for small projects to enhance the exterior and add character.
I’m currently surrounded by boxes, but here are a few photos I grabbed on moving day when the house was empty. I’m excited to transform these rooms and personalize each space.
