We’re still enjoying Thanksgiving leftovers here. My daughter Courtney made a homemade apple pie for the holiday, and I wish there was some left to enjoy now—we finished it last night. She used her reliable gluten-free, vegan apple pie recipe and decorated it with letter cutouts and leaf-shaped pastry cutters. It was delicious and worth making if you like a flavorful, allergy-friendly dessert.
