On a whim I decided to host a quick giveaway this weekend. I already have a larger giveaway planned for April, but I thought it would be fun to do something sooner.
The Prize: a Zinc Memo Board — farmhouse chic.
I chose a zinc memo board for this giveaway because it’s versatile and stylish. It works beautifully in farmhouse, modern, or eclectic spaces and even makes a charming display for parties, weddings, or menus. I wish I had a better photo, but trust me — this piece is lovely.
There’s a little twist and a bonus prize.
To enter, there’s a small catch and a bonus opportunity. The catch is simple and designed to give entrants good odds. The bonus could be a big boost for someone with a blog or a small business.
Bonus prize details: In addition to the zinc memo board, I’m offering a special promotional prize: prime blog ad space on The Inspired Room. One winner will receive a free ad placement not just in a single post but across five posts. If you don’t need the ad space personally, you can pass it to someone who does. The memo board is still yours if you win.
I’m keeping the big announcement next week mostly under wraps, but it’s something that makes this ad space particularly valuable right now. I don’t normally offer this kind of placement, so this is a rare chance to get featured.
How to enter.
Entry is simple: help me launch my new shop on OpenSky by making a purchase. Everyone who buys anything from my shop between now and Tuesday at 10:00 AM PST will be entered to win the zinc memo board and the five-post ad package. It can be any purchase — something for yourself, a gift, or a Mother’s Day present. Multiple purchases count as multiple entries, increasing your chances.

Because entry requires a purchase, the pool of entrants will likely be smaller than a typical open giveaway, which improves your odds.
