I couldn’t resist adding a few bunnies around the house last weekend. Too soon? I don’t think so. I also have some big news to share—something wonderful is happening in our family and it’s inspiring me to decorate even more for the seasons.
Spring and bunnies are a natural pair. With about 28 days until spring, I’m getting an early start—more bunnies and spring touches are on the way. For now, here’s what I’ve put out so far.
Speaking of spring decor, I found some adorable Easter items and gift ideas that are worth checking early since seasonal pieces can sell out or take time to ship. If you love something, it’s smart to grab it now.
Now for the big news!

Over the years of blogging I’ve shared many joyful announcements, and today I have another one: our oldest daughter, Kylee, is expecting! Our middle daughter, Courtney, is about to have a baby boy any day now, so we are over the moon to be welcoming our first two grandchildren very soon. It feels like such a blessing to have two little ones on the way.
Kylee is due in July. I’m so happy for her and her husband, Lance—this is such an exciting time for our family.

Here are my girls a few days ago when we were out to lunch with my mom. I love that you can see Mom’s reflection in the window as she looks over at them happily. My sister is thrilled as well—she and I had our first babies just five weeks apart 24 years ago, so we understand how special this season of life is, both for our daughters and for us as grandparents. My parents are already excited to be great-grandparents.
Courtney’s baby is overdue, so we’re waiting by the phone expecting the call any minute. It’s such a sweet, anticipatory time.
I can’t help imagining how much fun the seasons and holidays will be with grandbabies—what a perfect excuse to collect even more bunnies.

Here are a few of the spring pieces I’m using around the house: flameless taper candles in pink, a white bunny bowl used as a tea light holder, faux tulips in soft pink and coral, a timeless book for stacking, round framed bird art, and bamboo shades for a warm, layered look. These touches feel fresh and cheerful for the season.
Spring and bunny home decor has such a playful, welcoming vibe—perfect for celebrating new life and family milestones.
I’ll be sharing more updates and seasonal decorating ideas as the babies arrive and as spring unfolds. Thanks for celebrating this joyful time with us.
