When Ania sent us her beautiful after photos (inspired by the mood board we created for her last month) we couldn’t wait to share the results. You love a good before-and-after, and Ania did a fantastic job. Here’s the note she sent us:
Here are a few after pictures that I took for you! Needless to say, we LOVE our new living and dining room area. I can’t believe I ever had doubts about the bentwood chairs or the media stand. They are honestly my favorite items that we purchased. We L-O-V-E everything. From the frame collage to the chandelier to the sofa table… everything! Thank you soooooo much for the design advice. It feels like a completely transformed space and we love to spend time here. Amazing! You two truly have a gift. You will definitely be hearing from me again. Oh man do I have some more ugly rooms for you! Best, Ania
To refresh your memory, here are the before photos of the space:

Ania wanted furnishings that felt less boxy and matchy-matchy, aiming for a blend of beachy, modern, and glamorous touches. We created a mood board to help bring a polished, breezy style to her living and dining areas.
But enough of the lead-up — here are the after photos:

Didn’t Ania do an amazing job? We’re torn between the lively medallion curtains and the white pedestal table topped by a capiz chandelier—the breakfast nook is especially stunning. Her choices brought out the room’s potential and made the space feel polished and inviting. No more paper on the windows!
We also love the charming L-shaped gallery wall she created. It looks even better than we imagined, and she executed it beautifully. It’s impressive that she sent the after photos back to us within a month. Let’s give Ania lots of praise for sharing her results and for making such thoughtful design choices.
Update: We no longer have the capacity to take on commissioned mood board projects and now focus on general inspiration boards. If that changes in the future, we’ll announce it.
