Hey friends! I hope you had a lovely weekend. Believe it or not, we had a light dusting of snow here yesterday — not much, but enough to cover the ground, cars, and rooftops.
Really ready for spring — more sun and flowers, less cold and snow.
I have some exciting news: my home is featured across eight pages in the spring edition of The Cottage Journal. I’m honored and thrilled to be included; it’s a magazine I’ve admired for a long time and there’s a wonderful article in this issue.

This may be the first time Jack and Lily have appeared in a magazine, so they’re quite proud. Years ago, when Better Homes & Gardens photographed our previous home, I hoped they’d include a shot of Jack in the kitchen, but that didn’t happen — and I remember readers asking why Jack wasn’t in the spread! Lily was photographed as a tiny puppy then, though those images didn’t make the final issue. I still hold out hope those photos will show up somewhere someday.
So I’m particularly delighted that both pups are in The Cottage Journal this time.

If you subscribe to The Cottage Journal, you may have already spotted the spring issue. If not, you might find a copy in stores (some readers mentioned seeing it at Costco), or you can order the spring issue directly from the publisher’s store.
I’m working on several fun projects at home that I’ll share soon, and I’ll also be posting some housekeeping-style updates in the near future.
