Our kitchen remodel is almost finished, and one of the small joys I’m looking forward to is no longer cooking in the bathroom. It sounds funny, but having rooms serve their intended purpose again feels so satisfying. Along with that, we’ll gain a “new” bathroom when my parents move into their tiny cottage. We haven’t touched that bathroom since we moved in, so it will be a lovely chance to make a few simple updates and add some personal touches. Downstairs, our powder room with the whale wallpaper is getting a fresh coat of paint this week, too. Browsing beautiful bathrooms like the ones featured below has been inspiring—I hope they spark ideas for your own space.

Sunday Strolls + Scrolls is a series celebrating interiors and exterior spaces that caught my eye while scrolling online. I love finding rooms and ideas that feel like a sanctuary—places that offer calm, comfort, or creative inspiration. My hope is that this series will feel like a gentle walk down a charming street, a peaceful stroll through a garden, or a quiet peek inside a lovely neighborhood home on a sunny Sunday.
