With summer arriving in just a few days, I’m making the usual seasonal changes around the house. I’m shifting to lighter fabrics, introducing a fresher color palette, bringing in more flowers and adding natural, seasonal accents that feel bright and welcoming.
The past months spent at home have given me time to reflect on how our family lives here and what we might need going forward. While many things remain uncertain, the time at home has highlighted the importance of creating spaces that support comfort, calm and everyday enjoyment.
Our home has always mattered to our well-being, and right now it feels more essential than ever. Simple updates and thoughtful touches can make a big difference in how a space feels and functions for family life.
Below are a few summer rooms that are inspiring me — light, airy spaces that feel both relaxed and intentional. I hope they spark ideas for your own summer refresh.
