Blue & White Collections
As I go through my house reorganizing things bit by bit, I sometimes make small, happy discoveries—like finding the black cabinet drawer we thought was lost when we moved from Oregon to Washington.
That move was three years ago.
Eh hem.
This past weekend I uncovered another little treasure: a collection of blue and white pieces tucked away in boxes. I arranged a few on a shelf and was delighted to have an unexpected, cohesive display to enjoy.
It felt like a small victory and a cheerful surprise.

Do you ever make unexpected discoveries while reorganizing your house?

I often collect blue and white decor pieces when I find them, and many similar items appear in my online storefront and curated folders. They’re easy to mix and layer—whether it’s a teapot, a small vase, or a patterned plate—and they bring a calm, classic look to shelves, counters, and open cabinets.
Are you following my kitchen remodel updates? I’m overdue for a new post, so stay tuned for more photos and progress soon.
