Hi friends! I’m so glad you enjoyed the autumn drive-by as much as Courtney and I did. I always love driving through neighborhoods each season, but fall is especially magical when the leaves turn vibrant shades and spill across streets and sidewalks. Of course, when leaves pile up they can make walking and driving trickier, but the seasonal beauty is worth it.
After that little tour I came home inspired by all the color and wandered into my backyard, where I gathered a few pretty twigs and fading blooms to bring inside. Simple, natural accents like these instantly lift the mood of a room.
They’re making me so happy—particularly this small branch with its brilliant red leaves. The contrast of rich autumn tones against a simple vase feels both cozy and fresh.

Simple joys, friends. Simple joys.
Below is this week’s Home Style Saturdays roundup. I’ve included a recent post of mine about mood lighting along with seasonal ideas and helpful projects from other bloggers. I hope you find something that sparks your creativity this weekend.
Happy Saturday!
