Remember our recent Moo Minicard giveaway? Our lucky winner just emailed to share how she used her set of complimentary Moo Minicards, and we had to pass along her thoughtful, creative ideas. Here’s her note:
I received my Moo Minicards—thank you again for the drawing! I’d been thinking about ornaments: my husband and I have one for our first Christmas together (’06), but we never made one for our first Christmas in our first house (’07). I made sure one of the photos I printed was our tree from that first year in the new house, wrote a little message on the back, and now we have a special ornament commemorating that milestone.

I was also impressed by the thick, durable paper Moo uses—much sturdier than a regular photo—so I used more cards for a second project: a small “mini book” of family pictures for my niece. I photographed each family member and wrote their name on the back so she can begin learning spelling and associating names with faces. Now she can flip through the cards and remember family members who might be far away. They all fit perfectly into a custom felt pouch I made to keep the set tidy and protected.

Have a merry Christmas! I know I will! — Sarah
