If this magazine cover looks familiar, you’ve probably already noticed that the second installment of our “He Said, She Said” column has appeared in Do It Yourself Magazine and is now on newsstands.
Seeing our column again was just as exciting as the first time we tackled decorating disputes from both sides of the gender line. This issue allowed us to answer even more reader questions across a two-page spread, and we also worked with a professional illustrator to develop one of our floor plan suggestions. It felt a bit like describing a scene to a sketch artist—only instead of “make his eyes more sinister,” we were saying “let’s make the coffee table slightly larger.”
