My Latest Flea Market Find!
Hello! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas. We stayed in our pajamas all day and enjoyed delicious food — it was heavenly. We felt very blessed and savored every minute.
Today I visited a local flea market and discovered a beautiful metal arbor. It immediately sparked visions of it draped in blooming vines this summer at the edge of our new pea gravel patio. I imagined removing the small door or shelf so we could walk through the arbor into a cozy area with newly planted vegetable boxes. I also pictured adding fresh cushions to the benches on each side to create a welcoming spot to relax.
The possibilities were so inspiring that I couldn’t leave without buying it. Even though an arbor wasn’t on my list of priorities, its romantic charm won me over. I’ll figure out how to get it home later — one step at a time.
This piece will make a lovely focal point in our backyard, and now I’m even more excited for summer.
