Where do you find coastal artwork? In this guide I share many of my favorite sources for seascape art and frames. Scroll through to see examples and ideas for building a coastal-inspired collection you’ll enjoy for years.
Seascape art brings a sense of the shore into your home, even if you don’t live by the water. Whether the pieces depict places you’ve visited, scenes you dream about, or simply capture a seaside mood, artwork is an easy way to express your personal taste and create a calming, coastal atmosphere.
We often discover seascape pieces while traveling, but many beautiful finds are available online. Below I list reliable online shops for prints and originals, plus a few places to watch when you want to expand an original art collection.

I’ve shared tips before on choosing art for your home. My sources range from antique stores and thrift shops to Etsy, eBay, and curated online retailers. Each source offers different benefits—originals for one-of-a-kind character, prints for affordability and easy framing.
Here are online sources for coastal and landscape artwork, plus collages of some of my favorite finds:

The images above are high-quality printed reproductions of oil paintings. I like pieces that arrive framed and ready to hang—it’s an easy way to add instant coastal charm to a room.

These selections are from a well-known curated art retailer offering a range of styles, sizes, and frame options at accessible prices. They carry many coastal-themed prints that work well in casual and more polished interiors.
Etsy is full of talented independent artists. A few shops I’ve enjoyed include:

- ArtVysochynska — an Etsy shop offering original coastal paintings and prints. This shop features delicate, atmospheric pieces that feel handmade and personal.

2. Eugenia Ciotola — I’ve purchased several original watercolors from this artist and they’re now being framed for a new home. Her work has a light, airy quality ideal for coastal interiors. She also offers prints for an affordable option.

3. Gardner Watercolors by William Gardner — classic watercolor pieces with soft color palettes that pair beautifully with natural textures and wood frames.

The framed piece above was found at a local antique store by my daughters. Secondhand shops and antiques are great places to hunt for unique finds—sometimes a special piece chooses you. Small decorative details like brass accents can add personality; I keep an eye out for vintage pieces to mix into my displays.
