Hello, dear friend! My husband and I just returned from a ten-day trip to Hawaii. It was a wonderful, relaxing getaway and a lovely way to start the year.
As much as I enjoyed the trip, I’m definitely a homebody at heart, and it feels so good to be back in my own space. There’s something unbeatable about sleeping in your own bed—anyone else feel that way?
I’m excited to share some highlights from our trip next week. Funny enough, while we were in Hawaii, Seattle got some snowfall. I missed the magic of snow days, but celebrating my birthday in sunny weather was a pretty nice trade-off.
Now that we’re home, I’m energized to jump into new projects around the house and make progress on plans we’ve been mulling over. I love the fresh start that a new season brings for home projects and decorating.
I hope you’ll enjoy this week’s round-up of home inspiration. There are some lovely ideas here to spark your creativity.
