“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more.” –Melodie Beatty
In 2008 I first wrote down our family’s 20 Little Attitudes of Gratitude — a simple list of habits and mindsets I wanted our son and our household to practice. Over the years I return to this list because it still inspires kindness, appreciation, and a gentler home life. I hope it encourages your family too.
Recently I shared these items on my Instagram stories and received so many heartfelt responses. If you like them, save the images to your phone or pin them to refer back to later.
20 Little Attitudes of Gratitude:

I encourage you to create your own gratitude list. Listing twenty attitudes to practice gives you a focused, actionable way to bring more warmth and thankfulness into your home—not just for Thanksgiving, but year-round.
If you like journaling, these prompts fit nicely into a gratitude journal or planner. Use whatever format works for your family: a notebook, a printable planner, or the pages of your favorite journal.
I also posted these on my Instagram feed—feel free to save or share them to inspire friends and family.

Wishing you a blessed Thanksgiving, friend.
