Hi friends — happy June! I’ve been having a great time planning my new kitchen. The process has been slow at times, waiting on contractors and decisions, but I absolutely love kitchen design. I’m not a professional kitchen designer; I’m simply passionate about remodeling and collecting the best ideas for kitchens.
Truth be told, I’ve gathered so many ideas lately that I could probably fill a dozen kitchens with them. I may have gone a little overboard collecting inspiration, but it’s been worth it. Researching options and hunting down the most inspiring ideas takes time, but it’s fun. Since I only have one kitchen to renovate, I realized I could share my favorite finds with you — the very best ideas I discovered and loved, even if I can’t use them all myself.
Tomorrow I’ll launch the first post in a new summer series called The Best of the Best, starting with a focus on kitchen ideas and inspiration. Alongside regular updates from around my home — including a guest bedroom reveal coming soon and progress on our kitchen remodel — this month’s posts will feature a variety of kitchen-focused inspiration.
I’m excited to share posts that highlight beautiful ideas for every corner of the kitchen, along with tips and resources I’ve gathered during my own planning. Even though I can’t incorporate every idea into my home, I hope this series sparks ideas for your own decorating or remodeling projects. Dreaming up possibilities is half the fun, isn’t it?
