Hello, friends. How is everyone? Are you excited that fall is almost here? I have to admit I hadn’t fully registered it at first—then I remembered: fall nesting season is coming, and I’m thrilled. I’ve already been getting emails asking when the Fall Nesting series starts, and I’m so glad you’re as eager as I am. If you aren’t a big fan of fall, thanks for indulging my enthusiasm!
If you’re new around here, I’ve been doing a fall nesting series for years. Some seasons I’ve tried a 31-day series and realized that’s a lot—no one needs to hear from me every single day. Still, if you think about it, 31 days barely scratches the surface. Fall is worth savoring.
So this year I’m not limiting myself. I’ll be celebrating fall as often as I want—because it’s my blog, and fall only comes once a year.
I’m thinking of calling it 90 Days of Fall Nesting.
In truth, I’ve already started posting fall content—I couldn’t wait—so consider that a head start. I’ve probably done about a week’s worth of fall posts already, and there’s lots more to come. Below I’ve linked six fall posts I’ve published so far this season so you can catch up.
This season I’m also launching a new series called 21 Days of Loving Fall. The posts won’t run 21 days straight; instead I’ll share 21 posts throughout the season featuring things I love about fall, ideas I’m pondering, and family activities we enjoy this time of year. If I end up doing more than 21 posts, even better—21 just feels manageable and fun. I’ll be sharing cozy, nesting, and comfy ideas frequently, so drop by often—fall is my favorite.
I’m especially excited because I’ve been invited to participate in two online fall home tours. You’ll be able to peek inside how I’m decorating for the season. The first tour will be on September 15 and the second on September 23; I’ll share different things for each tour and will post details so you can follow along with other bloggers, too.
I also have some very exciting news coming soon about a long-awaited magazine feature—more on that later!
