Let’s bring back the 31 Day Love Your Home Challenge!
I’ve always loved the small, everyday rituals that make a house feel cozier, more comfortable, and more like home. Right now, as many of us spend more time at home and routines have shifted, creating a sense of calm and order matters more than ever. Our daily habits, social life and work have changed, and that can increase stress. Simple, intentional actions can help restore peace and make home life gentler and more nourishing.
This month marks five years since my first book, the New York Times bestseller Love The Home You Have, was published. It’s been amazing to see how readers have used the ideas in the book to find joy in their homes. Recently someone told me she was re-reading the book and that it was helping her feel more normal and peaceful day to day — that encouragement inspired me to bring the challenge back.
At the end of Love The Home You Have you’ll find a “31 Day Love Your Home Challenge.” Each day offers a practical task, a small project, or a simple idea to help you reconnect with your space. Most activities are easy to do at home and can be adapted to fit current circumstances, so you can enjoy them whether you’re together with family or spending more time solo.

E-book Sale! Love the Home You Have, and Make Room for What You Love are only $2.99!
If you don’t already own the book, the ebook version of Love The Home You Have is currently discounted, and my other book, Make Room for What You Love, is also available at the same price. Both are easy reads that offer inspiration for creating comfort and purpose in your home. An ebook is a convenient way to follow along with the 31-day challenge and refer back to ideas whenever you need them.
