HHello! Is this thing on? Hi, friends — it’s been a while! I’ve missed you. Things have been busy here as I balanced several projects that all landed within the same few weeks. Crazy times, but all is well at home.

After dealing with the blog outages in 2018 (you may have noticed the site was unexpectedly unavailable a few times), organizing the Simple Organizing book launch (thank you for your support!), and finishing a new 60,000-word manuscript (turned in last week—yay!), I’ve also been juggling other updates around the house.

Writing a book always feels a bit odd because I’m speaking as if you’re here listening, even though you aren’t—so it often feels like talking to myself. It’s wonderful to be back in a place where we can actually connect again.

Tomorrow I’ll share an update from my dining room (you can see a sneak peek at the top of the page).

Looking through photos this weekend inspired a spring roundup, so I pulled together a few favorite images from my previous home and my new home for a light, cheerful post.
