Watson Kennedy – A Seattle Home Store
Last week I spent a sunny day in Seattle and stopped into a charming home goods shop called Watson Kennedy. Small stores like this always recharge me — their displays, textures and color combinations spark ideas and make me excited to refresh what I already own. Even without buying anything, I usually leave feeling creatively energized.
I thought you might enjoy some visual inspiration, so I quietly photographed a few scenes with my phone to share the look and feel of the shop.

The shop mixes vintage finds with modern accents — framed art, textured textiles, interesting tabletop pieces and clever small furniture. The displays feel curated rather than crowded, which makes it easy to imagine items in your own home. I especially liked the way they grouped colors and materials together to create mini scenes that tell a story.
If you’re the kind of person who enjoys wandering through thoughtfully arranged spaces, Watson Kennedy is a delightful stop. It’s one of those shops that encourages creative thinking: a stack of books becomes a pedestal, a cluster of plates reads like artwork, and everyday objects suddenly feel special when styled with intention.
Thanks for coming along on this little visual tour. I hope these images inspire you to look at your own home with fresh eyes and try a few new arrangements.
Are you able to window shop and return home inspired to look at your own things in new ways?
