We’ve seen how plant-based products and essential oils can make a real difference. From supporting thyroid and autoimmune concerns to helping with anxiety and hormone balance, these natural tools have been a meaningful part of our wellness routines.

We use essential oils for better sleep, clearer skin, immune support, natural cleaning solutions that make the home smell wonderful, and for focus and calm during stressful times. They can also help with minor soreness, digestive discomfort, and many everyday issues.

In the class we’ll cover specific ways to use oils and practical steps to detoxify your home. I’ll share more about living with Hashimoto’s and autoimmune conditions, my daughters will talk about their experiences, and a veterinarian friend will join to discuss using oils safely around pets.
