Friends, I’m thrilled to share something special on The Inspired Room. After more than eight years of blogging I’ve met so many kind, creative people. It’s been an unexpected blessing to form friendships online—so far, no serial killers—just lovely, generous people who inspire me every day.
I’ve met many of these readers and bloggers in person and have connected with many more through comments, social media, and our free community site Home Love Stories. Whether you blog or simply follow along, your encouragement means the world.
To celebrate the upcoming launch of my book, many friends have joined me to showcase an “inspired room” from their homes and to help spread the word. Their contributions are heartfelt and genuine — each post includes photos and personal stories that show how rooms evolve and become meaningful. I’ll be sharing more tours over the next few weeks and I hope you’ll enjoy visiting these talented bloggers and their spaces.

Below is a list of bloggers joining ‘The Inspired Room Tour’—each one sharing a favorite space and a personal perspective:
Isn’t this fun? I longed to create a tour like this for years, but there are so many wonderful bloggers it felt impossible to choose. Instead of narrowing the list, I invited friends to start the tour and opened it up so anyone who wants to participate can join.

To celebrate the book launch of The Inspired Room coffee table book, I invite you to share your inspired room. Tell how your favorite room inspires you, how it evolved, or share the real-life stories behind it. Not a blogger? Join Home Love Stories and post your tour there.

As a small thank you, anyone who participates can enter a giveaway with a grand prize of a $300 Anthropologie gift card; runners-up will receive my favorite copper mugs. To enter, submit the URL of your post using the form provided on the tour site. Posts can appear on a blog, a video platform, or Home Love Stories—details and official terms are posted with the entry form.
Thank you for your support and for helping celebrate the launch of The Inspired Room. Your posts, reviews, and kind words mean so much.
