Home Organization & Decluttering
TThis year has been a major season of change for organization in my home. We’ve rethought how we use each space, focused on what makes our rooms feel comfortable, and rearranged systems so they work better for our daily life. Over the coming year I plan to fine tune those systems, and tackle every closet and drawer until each is functioning at its best. Goodbye excess; hello order. We still have projects left to do (the garage is a work in progress), but we’re headed in the right direction.
Dealing with belongings, minimizing clutter, and learning to use and enjoy what we already own are topics I love. Good organization truly improves quality of life.
So I’m excited to share some big news!
I’m now writing a monthly column about decluttering and home organization for Uncle Bob’s Self Storage Company. They’re one of the larger self-storage companies in the U.S., and I’m happy to partner with them to bring practical ideas and encouragement for creating an organized, livable home. I’ve been working with their team the past few months to get the column ready, and today I’m thrilled to announce it’s live.
The Decluttered Home
The column is called The Decluttered Home, and I’ll be sharing my own journey as well as tips and strategies to help you get organized so you can truly love where you live.
I’m excited to explore creating a comfortable home through better organization. I’ll post updates when new articles are published on The Decluttered Home so you can follow along and share your own progress and questions.
