How is your summer going so far? It seems many kids have already returned to school in some parts of the country. I always think August feels a little early—doesn’t school usually start after Labor Day? That’s how I remember it, though it may vary by region.
We’re still savoring summer here. We had a small barbecue on the deck the other night with my husband, Luke, and Courtney. It was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the evening air. While I’m a big fan of fall, I’m happy to stretch summer out a bit longer this year.
