I’m excited to share part two of this beautiful Seabrook beach house today. It belongs to my friend Susan, who with her husband had this home custom built in Seabrook, Washington. They kindly invited my family and me to stay for a few days this summer, and we completely fell in love with every corner. There’s so much inspiration here — I’ll share remodeling tips and ideas in upcoming posts.
If you missed part one, you can tour the lower level here.
I also posted video tours on Instagram (look in the story highlights under Seabrook) and you can watch a video tour on my site if you’re not on Instagram.
I’ve listed many sources throughout the post and in part one. I’ll publish more detailed posts with additional sources soon; some original pieces are out of stock but I’ll suggest similar options when available.
Now, let’s head upstairs.

Master bedroom paint: Benjamin Moore “Chantilly Lace” OC-65.

Master bathroom paint: Benjamin Moore “Crystalline” AF-485.

Carpet in the kids’ room: Shaw Carpet, Style: Conner, Color: Lava Rock.

Bathroom paint: Benjamin Moore “Gray Owl” OC-52.

Now let’s go up to the very top floor!

The top floor includes built-in trundles — a perfect solution for sleepovers and guests.
Carpet here: Masland Carpet, Style: Reverie, Color: Mythical.

Imagine waking up in the topmost bedroom with ocean views — so peaceful and dreamy.

What a dream house — and there’s even more: an additional bedroom and bathroom, a finished basement, and an attached guest house that I didn’t show here.
If you missed part one, take the lower level tour here.

See more of Seabrook and curb appeal ideas in my post about the neighborhood — it’s a charming, Nantucket-inspired town you’ll love.
