Looking at these photos inspired me to consider my own potting shelf. I already have two outdoor tables that would be perfect for plants.
The problem is: no plants yet. I do have an empty pot, which feels hopeful, but it needs something green.
This little vignette is waiting for a splash of life. On the next sunny day I plan to pick up a few plants to complete the scene.
One of my tables is a heavy cement piece that used to sit on an old stone patio. It looked incredible surrounded by pots, but it was a beast to move—each piece feels like it weighs a ton. When my husband and father set it down here, it stayed put, barren for now.
Admittedly, I should have run out and bought plants before sharing these photos. Instead, I offer you the blank slate of my tables—use your imagination and picture them filled with vibrant pots and greenery. Much better already.
