Ihave loved visiting blogging friends and touring their inspired rooms over the past few weeks. It’s been a real joy to read about their favorite spaces. I’m deeply grateful for the support I’ve received during my book launch — every share, post and review means so much. Today I’m excited to share another group of beautiful rooms from talented bloggers. This charming front porch belongs to Beth at Home Stories A to Z. Her house is full of character, and that porch is incredibly inviting. It’s fun to see how she changes it through the seasons and how each update adds to its appeal.
Another porch worth noting comes from Jen at Balancing Beauty and Bedlam. Her story of patience—waiting 17 years for a front porch—reminds us that some projects are worth waiting for. Her home continues to evolve, but from the curb it already feels like a dream house. Her front porch is a lovely example of how perseverance pays off.
Ashley from Domestic Fashionista recently rearranged her home to swap the dining room and living areas so each space better fits how her family lives. The update makes the rooms more functional and comfortable; it’s a great reminder that small layout changes can make a big difference in everyday life.
Rachel from Sweet and Simple Home shares frequent video tours of her home, inviting viewers into her everyday life. I discovered her through a 31-day Love Your Home challenge she created, which was inspired by my earlier book. Her living room and dining area are cozy, practical spaces for family life and homeschooling. She’ll be sharing content related to The Inspired Room book as well, so her channel is a wonderful source of ongoing inspiration.
Janine from Happy Happy Nester wrote a lovely post about her kitchen transformation. That little bench with the cheerful yellow pillow is irresistible. Their kitchen updates made the space more open and family-friendly, showing how thoughtful changes can improve both function and feel.
Megan at Honey We’re Home shared her master bedroom, a space that evolved over five years into one she truly loves. Seeing rooms that develop over time is encouraging — real-life makeovers often happen gradually, and those incremental decisions can create a deeply personal and satisfying result.
Diane from In My Own Style transformed her dining area through nine paint projects. The painted hutch and mantel are standout elements that illustrate how paint can dramatically change a room’s mood. Her process is a great example of gradual, thoughtful updates that produce a cohesive result.
