This jute and cotton rug with this rug pad – I recently added this rug to my home and love it. It’s not a fluffy rug but feels soft, with a slightly nubby cotton texture rather than the rough feel of sisal. Our rug has not shed, and using a thick pad underneath makes it even more comfortable.
Rattan storage basket – I use this in my living room to hold extra throw blankets.
Floral pillow – I first shared this pillow in a beach cottage tour post and liked it so much I ordered a few more from the same brand.
Brass task lamp – This lamp was featured in the same beach cottage tour and adds a warm, classic touch to a desk or side table.
Blue plaid throw – I own this throw in one of the colorways and it comes in a couple of other options. I included it in a recent cozy throw blanket roundup as a go-to for cooler months.
Fall artificial eucalyptus stems – These stems add seasonal texture and color without maintenance.
Fall sailboat watercolor art print – My daughter ordered this print and found it even more beautiful in person; it brings soft color and a coastal feel to a wall gallery.
Striped and gingham kitchen towels – I highlighted these in a post about getting organized in the kitchen. They’re simple, durable, and add a fresh pattern to kitchen tasks.
Brass bells – We used these brass bells in our previous kitchen and are placing them in the new one as well. They’re a small vintage touch that lasts for years.
Electric kettle – I’ve been using this kettle regularly; it was especially handy when family visited recently.
Simply Home book – Thank you for the support when I released my latest book. This hardback combines two popular paperbacks, Simple Organizing and Simple Decorating, into one volume.
Several July favorites remained popular in August, including the gold easel-style plate stands.
