Are you looking forward to summer? I certainly am. After enjoying some lovely spring weather here in the Northwest, I’m eager for more warm, sunny days and the relaxed feeling that comes with the season.
To celebrate the arrival of summer, I’ve put together something fun: 20 creative bloggers each curated a special summer gift basket filled with their favorite seasonal items. We’re hosting a Favorite Things Summer Blog Hop, and each blogger is giving away a themed basket on their site.

My contribution is a “summer by the sea” basket, shown in the top photo. I love anything that reminds me of the ocean, and I selected items that evoke that coastal feeling.
I picked these items while out shopping — many from Anthropologie and a few paper goods from Paper Source. Everything in the box was chosen with care and is ready to be enjoyed by one lucky winner.
The winner will receive a package containing the items pictured, including one of my favorite Anthropologie candles (the Volcano scent), sea salt guest soap, a whale-themed pen like the one I use in my office, nautical journals for jotting down memories, and charming whale measuring cups from Anthropologie. I also included several surprise mystery gifts that aren’t shown in the photo.
