Christmas House Tour via Jennifer Rizzo
Christmas Ideas
Life has been busy lately, so I haven’t published a new post here in a few days. There’s so much going on — decorating, cleaning and preparing to host virtual Christmas Home Tours next week — and I’m still putting the finishing touches on everything. It’s been the most enjoyable holiday decorating I’ve done since moving into this house.

Even though I haven’t posted here recently, I’ve been active on other sites — sharing ideas, projects and holiday inspiration. I always enjoy contributing and connecting with readers across different blogs and platforms.
I’ve added several new Christmas DIY projects and a few fresh Room Tours for you to explore. I love highlighting talented bloggers and their creative spaces, so be sure to visit those features — I’ll be adding more throughout the week.
Note: If you are featured in Room Tours or DIY, don’t forget to grab your “I was featured” button.
I also wrote a piece for (in)courage titled The Good Dishes that I hope you’ll check out; it celebrates gratitude, hospitality and the little blessings of ordinary days.
Finally, I contributed a roundup of six simple DIY Christmas crafts to Roo Mag, actress Candace Cameron Bure’s online magazine. It was fun to share some of my favorite easy projects — take a look if you’re hunting for quick holiday ideas.
I’ll be back soon with updates on my own holiday decorating and more Room Tours and DIY features throughout the week. If I can keep Jack from un-doing my decorations, I’ll share what I’ve been working on at home even before next week’s tours. I hope you’ll join in the fun!
And because you can never have too many celebrations, I’m also preparing for our church’s second annual Hideous Christmas Sweater Party and Awkward Family Photo Day this weekend. It’s never a dull moment around here.
How about you — is your week as busy as mine?
