Secret Santa Gift Ideas and Game Rules for Office Parties

Secret Santa Gifts

Office parties and school gift exchanges make the holidays feel festive, but working from home as a blogger can be lonely. To bring some holiday cheer, Stefanie of Brooklyn Limestone organized a Secret Santa for a group of bloggers—and I joined in because it sounded like fun. I hadn’t done a Secret Santa in years!

For our exchange, gifts could be store-bought or handmade and there was no price limit. The goal was simple: have fun. To add another layer of enjoyment, each of us will share our gifts on our blogs so readers can see what we received and guess who our Secret Santas might be. Along the way, you’ll likely pick up a few creative gift ideas.

Here’s how it works: each participant will send and receive two gifts by mail.

This weekend I received my first package, and I absolutely love the idea behind it.

Inside was a mason jar filled with decorative tapes, pretty ribbons, and gift tags—everything you need to wrap presents with style. It was such a thoughtful and useful gift; now I’m ready to start wrapping!

So clever and charming. Any guesses who might have sent it?
