Hi friends! Happy Valentine’s Day! I’m popping in with an apology and a little giveaway to celebrate.

One of the things I love most about blogging is the connections that form when you share your life and readers share theirs back. Those moments of connection are why I keep doing this. A quote that captures that feeling is:

I also want to say sorry for the quieter blog lately. For the past few years many of you told me you couldn’t leave comments here. That was frustrating for you and for me. This week my developer tracked down the issue and fixed it, so commenting should work again.

I’ve been so grateful to those who emailed questions or sent kind messages even when the comment function was broken. Your messages meant a great deal.

That said, I miss the old days of blogging when the comment section felt like a true community. This year marks 18 years of blogging for me, and I remember how much I enjoyed reading your comments and seeing conversations spark between readers. Having comments working again will help bring that back.

Now that comments appear to be fixed (fingers crossed!), I would love to hear from you.
