Merry Christmas, friends—come on in. It’s warm and cozy inside. There’s no snow on the ground this year, but the fire is going and the house smells festive, so we’ll pretend it’s a winter wonderland outside.
This is the first Christmas we’ve hosted in this house with family in town. Two years ago heavy snow forced us to cancel plans, and last year we spent the holiday at our daughter’s home in Oregon. This year feels extra special as we welcome loved ones and relax together in our newly renovated space.
Below you’ll find a short video tour of our home followed by lots of photos.
You can set video quality to 1080p by hovering over the video and clicking the gear icon if it starts in lower quality.

2023 was a busy year with renovations and settling after more than two years of moves and changes. We’re grateful to finally be in a place where we can enjoy being together and hosting for the holidays. Our Christmas decorations are simple and heartfelt, and I’m excited to invite you in to see them.
Thank you for your kindness and support over the years. I truly appreciate every reader—your encouragement feels like visiting friends.

Grab a cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or tea and enjoy the photos. I’ll share more about our renovations, before-and-afters, the upstairs, the backyard, and more about the Tiny Cottage in the new year. This post focuses on images and sources if you want details.
There are a lot of photos—hope you enjoy them!
If you missed our Tiny Cottage at Christmas tour (my parents’ home attached to ours), check out that post as well to see the full tour.

I didn’t do much decorating upstairs this year, but the bed in “the snug” is ready for Christmas guests. I’ll share more photos of the upstairs rooms in the new year. The cross art in that room is a recent addition and comes in multiple colors and frame options.
Wishing you a blessed Christmas from our home to yours.
