Have you tried the Starbucks iced brown sugar oat milk latte? It’s incredibly tasty. We recreated a similar version at home and it turned out delicious, so I wanted to share an easy recipe you can make with just a few ingredients.

Recipe for a single iced coffee:
Add 2 oz of cold brew concentrate to a lidded jar with ice and a splash of real maple syrup. Close the lid and shake vigorously for about one minute to chill and mix the concentrate and syrup.
Froth some oat milk on the cold setting if you have a milk frother. Barista-style oat milk works especially well for a creamy texture. If you don’t have a frother, use a whisk or hand foamer, or skip frothing entirely and pour the oat milk directly over the coffee for a lighter texture.
Pour the shaken coffee concentrate over ice in a glass, then top with the frothed oat milk. Stir gently to combine and serve immediately. For a finishing touch, sprinkle a little cinnamon if you like.
This version is refreshing, delicious, and much more affordable than buying it out. Enjoy!

Notes and suggestions:
– Use a quality cold brew concentrate for the best flavor.
– Choose a creamy barista oat milk for richer foam.
– Adjust maple syrup to taste depending on how sweet you like your coffee.
– Serve over plenty of ice to keep it cold and refreshing.
