HHello, friends! I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving. I meant to post yesterday, but with twelve people and five dogs for dinner, the day was a little chaotic in the best way.

Soon I’ll share photos of all five pups—our two dogs, Kylee’s two, and my sister’s puppy—running through the house at Thanksgiving. Watching them was exhausting but hilarious, and we had a wonderful time.
Before guests arrived we began setting up Christmas decor. As usual, Jack went wild the moment he saw the woodland animals—he’s obsessed with them.

It took him about a minute to find this little fellow and pull his eyes off.
I always feel sad when he dismembers another woodland ornament—every year it’s the same. So now we have another ornament without eyes. The bright side is the house is looking more festive despite the misfortune of the little animal.
