For this design board I created a French cottage dining room with a relaxed, collected feel.

I added a farmhouse table and bench to give the room warmth and casual charm, paired with eclectic metal café chairs for a bit of contrast. The digital design includes silver accessories, a beachy table runner for texture, and a crystal chandelier for a touch of sparkle. The mix of rustic and refined elements aims to feel inviting and lived-in rather than overly styled.

Starting at 9:01 ET on Thursday, you can vote for the newly posted design boards, including my French cottage dining room. The design board lists the resources for each piece I selected, so you can see where items were sourced if you’d like to recreate the look.
