Single-serve iced coffee recipe:

Add 2 oz of cold brew concentrate to a lidded jar with ice and a splash of real maple syrup. Close the lid and shake vigorously for about 1 minute to combine and chill the concentrate.

Froth some oat milk on the cold setting—barista-style oat milk works best for a creamy texture. Use a handheld frother, an electric frother, or a whisk if you don’t have a frother. If you prefer, you can skip frothing and simply pour the oat milk over the coffee; it will still be tasty, just less frothy.

Pour the shaken coffee concentrate into a glass over fresh ice. Top with the frothed oat milk, stir gently to combine, and serve immediately. Optional: sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for extra warmth and flavor.

That’s it—refreshing, delicious, and much more economical than buying it out. Enjoy your homemade iced brown sugar oat milk latte!
