LOVE: Whimsical Stylish Simple Gallery Wall Ideas

Traditional Home Tobi Fairley

I’m enamored with this gallery wall idea. Painted frames aren’t new, but this arrangement feels especially fresh and elegant. If the weather allowed, I’d be out with coral spray paint right now recreating it. The soft, spring-inspired palette is inviting — coral has always been one of my favorite colors.

I usually appreciate gallery walls, though they can sometimes feel cluttered. This version by Tobi Fairley strikes a nice balance: unified and refined, yet playful. I like the way she layers a few smaller frames inside larger ones for added depth and interest.

One of my favorite details is the inclusion of shells inside the frames, which reinforces a relaxed coastal vibe. Whether they’re real shells or artful reproductions, they bring texture and a charming, beachy touch to the arrangement.

This look is simple, affordable, quirky, and cheerful — stylish without being fussy, and easy to recreate at home. Those are qualities I adore in a decorating idea.

Kids’ bathroom update: We’re still filling nail holes, caulking seams, and painting — the usual slow process. Why does finishing a room always take so much longer than you expect? Sigh.

If you’re following me on Facebook, you might have already seen a few sneak peeks of projects I’m working on. I’ll be sharing a few more glimpses this week before they appear on the blog.

What do you think? Are you feeling the spring decorating itch too? (High fives all around.)
