Once upon a time, in a bright spring dining room, there lived a puppy named Finnegan. He was endlessly cheerful—tail wagging, eyes sparkling, always up for a new adventure.
One sunny afternoon, Finnegan noticed something intriguing on the dining table…
A paper towel.
It seemed to call his name, promising mischief and fun.
What Finnegan didn’t realize was that the paper towel sat beside an open can of white paint.
As he tugged at the towel, gravity took over.
Slow motion: the paint can tipped, leaned, and—SPLAT—white paint spilled across the new Rifle Paper Co. rug that had just arrived. Oh no!
From the other side of the room, my husband watched the scene unfold. He sprinted to help but was one leap too late. Paint everywhere, puppy footprints, and a lot of panic.
Then… silence.
Finnegan stood proudly, now sporting several new white spots. 🐶✨
