We’ve been spending more time at home and using it to make real progress around the house. Lately we’ve been moving furniture between rooms, swapping curtains for lighter spring fabrics, rotating artwork, decluttering and organizing linens, and refreshing paint where it was needed. With Seattle’s stay-at-home order extended through May 31, there’s even more opportunity to tackle projects and make small improvements that brighten our daily life.
My husband texted me a meme earlier this week that perfectly captures our new routine:

My bright ideas definitely keep life interesting around here. I like to think the little changes make home feel more comfortable and inspiring, and I enjoy the process of trying new layouts and simple updates.
