3 Room Inspiration Boards Featuring Red Letter Words Art

img 36988 1

Awhile back on The Inspired Room, we created three inspiration boards in a post titled Three Looks, each showing how to build a cozy reading corner around a single wingback chair. When my friend Dee from Red Letter Words sent a beautiful Joy to the World canvas, we decided to design three new inspiration boards that all center on that same canvas.

It’s a fun challenge — seeing how one special piece can shape very different room designs.

We love creating inspiration boards because they clearly show how a few carefully chosen elements can combine into distinct and attractive spaces. I’m excited to share that I’ll feature the Joy to the World canvas in my own home in an upcoming post. It’s such a nice piece to display during the holidays.

I’ve long admired Dee and Red Letter Words. We have several canvases from her at our house, including a beloved Portland subway print, and even artwork in our church building. Her work is a lovely way to personalize a home with words that matter to you and your family. You can commission a custom canvas with a family purpose statement, memorable street names, or a meaningful verse or phrase. Red Letter Words also makes thoughtful gifts.

Below are the three looks we designed using the Joy to the World canvas.

All product sources are listed at the end of this post.

Which look do you prefer — One, Two, or Three? Pin or share your favorite!
